Simpson Thacher was recognized at the Asian Legal Business (ALB) Japan Law Awards 2021 as the “International Deal Firm of the Year.” The Firm was also honored for its role representing ANA Holdings in connection with its global offering of common stock, which was honored as “Equity Market Deal of the Year,” and advising Blackstone in connection with its acquisition of Daiwa House's logistics centers, which was named “Real Estate Deal of the Year.”
The 17th annual ALB Japan Law Awards celebrated the accomplishments of private practitioners and in-house teams in Japan and around the region for their leading, market-shaping work over the past year.
