Corporate Partner Kevin Kennedy was profiled by Law360 as a 2021 Technology “MVP.” The article highlighted Kevin’s work on a number of the most prominent tech deals over the past year, include advising on Airbnb’s headline-grabbing IPO and Roblox’s market-shaping direct listing, all amidst a global pandemic. Kevin noted, “sometimes, with this industry, what you’re hoping for is that you can do something different, you can make an imprint, and you can put your fingerprints on an innovation,” when discussing his achievements over the past year. In speaking of his proudest achievement, he noted his pride in what the Palo Alto office has been able to accomplish, saying that despite having only three capital markets partners, the team has worked on securities offerings for seven of the 10 most valuable companies in the world. “No one else can claim something like that,” Kevin said. “Our ability to touch this many deals with this many impactful companies is something I’m pretty proud of,” he continued.
