Litigation Partner Marc Berger will be a featured panelist at a Practising Law Institute (“PLI”) virtual program titled, “Hedge Fund and Private Equity Enforcement & Regulatory Developments 2021,” on September 24th. Marc will speak on a panel titled, “Emerging SEC Issues in Regulatory Oversight of Private Funds.” The panel will address regulatory topics related to cryptocurrencies; government scrutiny of SPACs, sponsors and advisers; and regulatory interest in ESG strategies, compliance and disclosures, among other topics.
