Simpson Thacher recently represented OBIC Business Consultants Co., Ltd. (“OBIC”) in connection with its ¥49.8 billion (approximately US$445 million) secondary offering of shares of common stock. The global offering included an international offering outside Japan in reliance on Rule 144A and Regulation S.
OBIC is a software company that develops, sells and provides support services for business software, primarily for small and medium-sized businesses.
