The Firm represented Blackstone Tactical Opportunities in connection with its debt financing for the acquisition of a majority stake in Deca Dental Group (“Deca Dental”). Proceeds of the debt financing were utilized to finance the acquisition and to refinance Deca Dental’s existing indebtedness.
Deca Dental is a leading dental services organization, with nearly 100 affiliated dental practices in a network of offices in Texas, Florida and Washington. Deca Dental has continued to expand into new markets through de novo offices and dental affiliations.
