Keith Noreika Quoted in Law360 on OCC Organizational Structure Changes

Partner Keith Noreika was quoted in a Law360 article titled, “With OCC Reorg, Hsu Takes Agency Back To The Future.” The article analyzed the OCC’s recently announced plans for changes to its organizational structure under Acting Comptroller Michael Hsu. Keith explained that these changes are to be expected after a leadership transition and, because the OCC's reporting structure isn't set by statute, comptrollers are able to rearrange as they see fit. In this case, Hsu's organizational changes will give him a more immediate channel to the OCC's different supervisory programs. “It's totally dependent on what works best for the person in that seat at that time,” Keith said.
