Simpson Thacher represented Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners (“Stonepeak”) in the establishment of its inaugural renewable energy fund, Stonepeak Global Renewables Fund (the “Global Renewables Fund”). Stonepeak has announced that the Global Renewables Fund achieved its hard cap of $2.75 billion.
