Sara Razi, Global Co-Chair of the Firm’s Antitrust and Trade Regulation Practice, was a featured panelist at the 2021 Hal White Antitrust Conference which was hosted by economic consulting firm Bates White on June 24th. Sara spoke on a panel titled, “Vertical Merger Guidelines.” The discussion focused on the economics of vertical mergers, vertical merger guidelines, recent cases and remedies and what the future may hold for vertical mergers. The webinar also included a keynote presentation titled, “Root and Branch Reconstruction: The Modern Transformation of US Antitrust Law and Policy,” and another panel titled, “Potential Competition in Antitrust.”
