Simpson Thacher represented BofA Securities, Inc., MUFG Securities Americas Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC in connection with the public offering by Air Lease Corporation (“Air Lease”) of $600 million aggregate principal amount of Floating Rate Medium-Term Notes, Series A, due December 15, 2022. The net proceeds of the offering will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include, among other things, the purchase of commercial aircraft and the repayment of existing indebtedness.
Air Lease is an aircraft leasing company, principally engaged in purchasing commercial aircraft and leasing them to airlines around the world.
