The Firm represented JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE: JPM) in connection with its registered offering of $13 billion of senior notes, consisting of floating rate notes and fixed-to-floating rate notes. The offering is the largest bond offering by a bank holding company on record. JPMorgan intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes.
