Partner Keith Noreika was a featured speaker at the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section Virtual Spring Meeting on April 20th. Keith moderated the panel titled, “The Changing Enforcement Atmosphere: New Administration, Drivers for Enforcement Activities, and Mitigation Strategies for Financial Services in 2021.” The discussion focused on the changing enforcement and related trends and expectations for financial institutions and other financial services providers in light of the new U.S. administration and shifting regulatory, supervisory and enforcement priorities. The panel was presented by the ABA’s Enforcement, Insider Liability, and Troubled Banks subcommittee, on which Associate Justin T. Guo (Washington, DC) serves as Vice-Chair.
