Simpson Thacher represented the underwriters, led by Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, in connection with the offering by Agilent Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) of $850 million aggregate principal amount of 2.3% Senior Notes due 2031. The net proceeds of the offering will be used to fund the redemption of the Company’s 3.2% Senior Notes due 2022, pay down borrowings under the Company’s commercial paper program and for general corporate purposes.
