Simpson Thacher represented affiliates of Silver Lake (“Silver Lake”) in connection with its role as the lead investor in a $150 million Series E investment round in Clari Inc. (“Clari”). The investment brings Clari’s total valuation to $1.6 billion. Clari plans to use the funds to accelerate product development, expand ecosystem partnerships and drive global expansion.
Clari’s revenue operations platform improves efficiency, predictability and growth across the entire revenue process for its customers. It gives revenue teams total visibility into their business, to drive process rigor, spot risk and opportunity in the pipeline, increase forecast accuracy, and drive overall efficiency.
