The Firm represented affiliates of Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust, Inc. in connection with the acquisition of an approximately 60% combined interest across two portfolios comprising $1.6 billion of gross value from an affiliate of LBA Logistics. The portfolios comprise 71 industrial facilities totaling 9.5 million square feet.
