Law360 Profiles Simpson Thacher as Technology Practice Group of the Year for 2020

Simpson Thacher was again profiled as a Law360 Technology Practice Group of the Year. Describing the Firm’s Technology Practice as a “powerhouse,” the profile lauded Simpson Thacher for having another blockbuster year advising on standout matters, including ZoomInfo’s massive IPO and Kronos and Ultimate Software’s $22 billion merger, as well as representing SoftBank in the $30 billion business integration between Z Holdings and LINE, among others. The feature also highlighted the breadth of the Firm’s Technology group, which extends across Simpson Thacher’s practices and offices around the world.
