Simpson Thacher represented J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and the other initial purchasers in connection with an offering by Dealer Tire, LLC (“Dealer Tire”) of $150 million aggregate principal amount of 8% Senior Notes due 2028 pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S. The additional Notes constitute a further issuance of Dealer Tire’s existing 8% Senior Notes due 2028 that were issued in February 2020.
Dealer Tire manages replacement tire and parts programs for more than 20 automotive OEMs in the U.S. and China. It serves more than 8,000 automotive dealerships from nearly 40 distribution centers across the U.S.
