Simpson Thacher represented Sunkwan Properties Group Limited (“Sunkwan Properties”) (HKEX: 6900) in connection with its initial public offering in Hong Kong and Regulation S offering of 500,000,000 shares before exercise of the underwriters’ overallotment option. The total offering size was HK$1.14 billion (approximately US$146.2 million). The shares of Sunkwan Properties are listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. ABCI Capital Limited acted as the sole sponsor and sole global coordinator.
