Corporate Partner Katie Sudol was profiled in Law360 as an “MVP” in M&A for 2020. Katie was recognized by Law360 for her work guiding major deals amidst the pandemic, including helping BorgWarner to renegotiate its acquisition of Delphi Technologies, which was announced at the beginning of the year. She is also advising KKR in its blockbuster $4.4 billion acquisition of Global Atlantic.
