Simpson Thacher was recognized at the Asian Legal Business China Law Awards 2020 for representing Alibaba in its initial public offering on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Alibaba’s record-breaking Hong Kong IPO was named “China Deal of the Year,” “Technology, Media and Telecommunications Deal of the Year,” and “Equity Market Deal of the Year – Premium.”
