The Firm is representing Laborie Medical Technologies (“Laborie”), a portfolio company of Patricia Industries, in connection with a definitive agreement to acquire GI Supply in partnership with Signet Healthcare Partners. The acquisition is expected to close once approved by regulatory authorities.
