Corporate Partner Risë Norman will participate in a virtual Practising Law Institute (PLI) program titled, “Understanding the Securities Laws 2020” on July 16th. Risë will speak on the panel, “Introduction to Securities Laws,” which will offer guidance on how to approach securities laws, working with the SEC and defining key terms, among other topics.
