The Firm represented J.P. Morgan and Citigroup as representatives of the initial purchasers in connection with the offering by Kimberly-Clark de México, S.A.B. de C.V. (“KCM”) of an aggregate principal amount of US$500 million 2.431% Notes due 2031. The notes were offered and sold in reliance upon Rule 144A and Regulation S under the Securities Act, and have been listed in the Global Exchange Market of Euronext Dublin.
