LLC and BofA Securities, Inc., in connection with an offering of $500 million in aggregate principal amount of 2.65% Senior Notes due 2030 by Apollo Management Holdings, L.P., an indirect subsidiary of Apollo Global Management, Inc. (“Apollo”). Simpson Thacher has represented the underwriters and initial purchasers in connection with over $2.6 billion of debt or equity issued by Apollo and its subsidiaries since 2014.
