Simpson Thacher represented The Hershey Company in an offering of $300 million aggregate principal amount of its 0.9% Notes due 2025, $350 million aggregate principal amount of its 1.7% Notes due 2030 and $350 million aggregate principal amount of its 2.65% Notes due 2050. The proceeds of the offering will be used to repay a portion of the commercial paper the Company has issued, pay fees and expenses related to the offering and for general corporate purposes.
