The Firm represented the underwriters in connection with a registered public offering by Philip Morris International Inc. of $2.25 billion of its Notes, consisting of $750 million of its 1.125% Notes due 2023, $750 million of its 1.5% Notes due 2025 and $750 million of its 2.1% Notes due 2030. The offering closed on May 1, 2020.
Philip Morris International is leading a transformation in the tobacco industry to create a smoke-free future and ultimately replace cigarettes with smoke-free products to the benefit of adults who would otherwise continue to smoke, society, the company and its shareholders.
