Simpson Thacher Partners with AABANY to Publish COVID-19 Resources Webpage to Support the Asian American Pacific Islander Community Amidst Pandemic

Simpson Thacher partnered with the Asian American Bar Association of New York (AABANY) to produce a series of “Know-Your-Rights” documents on a number of legal topics related to COVID-19 for publication on AABANY’s website. Simpson Thacher attorneys are drafting resource documents for the AABANY community on topics including anti-Asian harassment and violence, housing, unemployment and small business assistance, among others. Attorneys from the Firm are also participating in a series of webinars on anti-Asian harassment and violence hosted by AABANY and aimed at both informing the legal community on how to better advise clients and providing resources and practical advice to the broader Asian community.
