Simpson Thacher represented FIBRA Prologis in connection with an equity offering to existing shareholders to subscribe up to 200,000,000 Real Estate Trust Certificates in reliance upon Regulation D and Regulation S under the Securities Act. FIBRA Prologis received subscriptions in excess of the offering and raised Ps.8.3 billion (approximately US$340 million).
FIBRA Prologis is a leading owner and operator of Class-A industrial real estate in Mexico, with 191 logistics and manufacturing facilities in six industrial markets totaling 34.9 million square feet of gross leasable area. Prologis was the sponsor of FIBRA Prologis.
