Simpson Thacher is representing funds advised by Apax Partners in connection with the announced sale of its and NB Renaissance Partners’ stake in Engineering Group to a consortium of Bain Capital Private Equity and different funds advised by NB Renaissance Partners. The transaction remains subject to customary regulatory approvals.
