For the sixth consecutive year, Simpson Thacher was named Law360 Capital Markets Practice Group of the Year. The Firm was recognized for its global work guiding massive equity and debt deals including Avantor’s $2.9 billion IPO, 10x Genomics’ IPO—the largest life sciences IPO in 2019—and Altria’s $11.5 billion bond sale.
