Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Partner Greg Grogan was a featured panelist at Practising Law Institute’s “Cool Compensation Considerations for the Private Company 2020: Pay, Performance and Perspectives” program on January 14 in New York City. Greg spoke on a panel titled, “Excuse Me, But I Think Your Parachute Is Open. Golden Insights and Operational Complexities Under Section 280G.” The discussion touched on law and lore, advanced interpretive issues associated with elements and definitions, application to partnership profit interests and other structural and operational issues.
