Simpson Thacher is representing Ant Small and Micro Financial Services Group Co., Ltd. (“Ant Financial”) in its strategic investment in Asiaray Media Group Limited (“Asiaray”) (SEHK: 1993) for approximately HK$146.3 million. Upon completion of the investment, Ant Financial will hold approximately 7.5% of the total number of issued shares of Asiaray.
Asiaray is a leading out-of-home media company in Greater China with a strategic focus on airport and metro line advertising.
