Silver Lake to Acquire First Advantage

The Firm is representing Silver Lake Partners in connection with its proposed acquisition of First Advantage from Symphony Technology Group. Financial details were not disclosed. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2020.
