Simpson Thacher represented The Hershey Company in an offering of $300 million aggregate principal amount of its 2.05% Notes due 2024, $300 million aggregate principal amount of its 2.45% Notes due 2029 and $400 million aggregate principal amount of its 3.125% Notes due 2049. The proceeds of the offering will be used to repay a portion of the commercial paper issued to fund the acquisition of ONE Brands, LLC and pay related fees and expenses and for general corporate purposes.
