Corporate Partner Hui Lin was profiled in Law360 as a “Rising Star” in Capital Markets for 2019. Hui was recognized for advising Dell Technologies and Silver Lake Partners in connection with a $22 billion transaction that marked Dell’s return to the public market. Describing why the transaction was complex, Hui noted the deal’s unique set of circumstances. “It was an unprecedented transaction in many ways,” Hui said. “I had never seen anything out there that had the same sort of mechanics. It really felt like we were breaking new ground, which made for a really interesting but challenging transaction.”
