The Firm recently represented Blackstone in connection with the acquisition of a 68-property industrial logistics portfolio from affiliates of TA Realty and related acquisition mortgage loan financing provided by New York Life Insurance Company.
The portfolio comprised approximately 5.4 million rentable square feet across 10 states with concentrations in the New York, Atlanta, Chicago, Phoenix and Seattle markets.
