Keith Noreika Quoted in American Banker on Volcker Rule Changes

Partner Keith Noreika was quoted in an American Banker article titled, “What’s left of the Volcker Rule after the final rewrite?” In the article, Keith discussed the potential impact of changes to the Volcker Rule, noting that it will offer market participants greater certainty, enabling banks to better comply with the rule while engaging in reasonable trading activities on behalf of their customers. “‘This was sort of a modest step to take the uncertainty and Russian roulette aspect out of the Volcker Rule and really bring it back to its core purpose,’ [Keith] said.”
