The National Law Journal profiled Corporate Partner David Greene as a 2019 DC Rising Star. Among the many transactions he was involved in over the past year, David was recognized for his work as a leader of the Simpson Thacher team that represented Carlyle in the closing of the $18.5 billion Carlyle Partners VII fund, the largest private equity fund raised in 2018.
