KKR Completes $500 Million Senior Notes Offering

Simpson Thacher represented KKR in connection with the issuance of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 3.75% Senior Notes due 2029 by KKR Group Finance Co. VI LLC, an indirect finance subsidiary of KKR & Co. Inc. KKR intends to use the net proceeds from the offering, together with cash on hand, to redeem all of its 6.735% Senior Notes due 2020 and pay the related redemption premium and all fees and related expenses.
