The Firm was named by New York Law Journal (NYLJ) as its 2019 Litigation Department of the Year in the category of Finance. NYLJ reviewed submissions from law firms across the state and selected Simpson Thacher based on client feedback, impressive victories and important cases in finance-related litigation. Simpson Thacher will be recognized in NYLJ’s upcoming Professional Excellence magazine and honored on October 23 at the New York Legal Awards in New York City. The Firm was previously recognized as Finance Litigation Department of the Year in 2017.
