Simpson Thacher represented Seagate Technology in connection with its new $1.3 billion unsecured revolving credit facility, which replaced its existing credit facility, and the first amendment thereto. The amendment increased the revolving commitments to $1.5 billion. The Bank Of Nova Scotia acted as Administrative Agent.
