The Firm represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Administrative Agent, in connection with the fourth amended and restated $6 billion revolving credit agreement entered into by Dominion Energy, Inc., and its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Virginia Electric and Power Company, Dominion Energy Gas Holdings, LLC, Questar Gas Company and South Carolina Electric & Gas Company.
