Simpson Thacher represented KKR in connection with the issuance of €650 million aggregate principal amount of 1.625% Senior Notes due 2029 by KKR Group Finance Co. V LLC, an indirect finance subsidiary of KKR & Co. Inc. KKR intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, including to fund potential acquisitions and investments in Europe. This is the first euro notes offering by KKR.
