Morgan Securities LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Jefferies LLC and SVB Leerink LLC, in connection with an offering by Zai Lab Limited (“Zai Lab”) of 9,019,608 American depositary shares (“ADSs”), each representing one ordinary share of Zai Lab, at a public offering price of $25.50 per ADS. Zai Lab received approximately $216 million in net proceeds from the offering. The offering closed on May 7, 2019.
Zai Lab is a China and U.S.-based innovative commercial stage biopharmaceutical company focused on bringing transformative medicines for cancer, infectious and autoimmune diseases to patients in China and around the world.
