Simpson Thacher represented the underwriters in connection with the initial public offering and listing on the Nasdaq Global Market of So-Young International Inc. (“So-Young”). The offering was comprised of 13,000,000 American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”), representing 10,000,000 Class A ordinary shares before exercise of the underwriters’ overallotment option. The base offering size was US$179.4 million.

So-Young is the most popular online destination for discovering, evaluating and reserving medical aesthetic services in China. So-Young aims to become the most trusted technology company in the broader consumption healthcare service industry. So-Young’s ADSs are traded on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “SY.”
