Litigation Partner Josh Levine spoke at the Practising Law Institute’s seminar “The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and International Anti-Corruption Developments 2019” on April 17. Josh participated on a panel titled “Difficult FCPA Legal Issues,” which discussed jurisdiction considerations, the statute of limitations, the definition of instrumentality and the scope of the internal controls provision, among other topics. The seminar was held on April 16-17 in New York.
