EQT Raises €9 Billion for EQT Infrastructure IV

Simpson Thacher represented EQT in connection with the formation and raising of EQT Infrastructure IV. The fund closed at its hard cap of €9 billion. According to data from Preqin, EQT Infrastructure IV is one of the largest Europe-based fundraisings of the past year.

EQT Infrastructure IV will continue to follow EQT’s industrial approach to infrastructure investing. The Fund will invest in high-quality companies with infrastructure characteristics and strong value creation potential.
