Morgan Securities LLC and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated as joint bookrunning managers in connection with a public offering by Ameriprise Financial, Inc. (“Ameriprise”) of $500 million of its 3% Senior Notes due 2022. The offering closed on March 22, 2019.
