Litigation Partner John Terzaken will speak at the American Bar Association’s 67th Annual Antitrust Law Spring Meeting on March 27. The conference is the largest competition and consumer protection law conference in the world and brings together more than 3,000 practitioners from 60 countries to learn from an esteemed group of government enforcers, private practitioners, in-house counsel and academics. John will act as session chair and moderate a panel titled “Is There Life After Leniency?” The panel will discuss the potential causes and implications of leniency applications declining globally, and how the trend compares to other areas of law.
