Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Partner Greg Grogan will speak at Practising Law Institute’s “Cool Compensation Considerations for the Private Company 2019: Pay, Performance and Perspectives” program on March 11 in New York City. Greg will speak on a panel titled “Look Before You Leap! Interpretative and Operational Complexities Under Section 280G,” which will focus on law and lore, advanced interpretative issues associated with elements and definitions, application to partnership profits interests and other structural and operational issues.
