Simpson Thacher Represents Arrangers in Connection With the Increase and Extension of $2.5 Billion Revolving Credit Agreement for Amphenol Corporation

Simpson Thacher represented J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, TD Securities (USA) LLC, MUFG Bank, Ltd. and Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. as Joint Lead Arrangers and Joint Bookrunners in connection with the increase and extension of Amphenol Corporation’s existing Revolving Credit Agreement. In connection with the transaction, the amount of the total commitments was increased from $2 billion to $2.5 billion and the maturity date was extended by three years.

Amphenol is one of the largest manufacturers of interconnect products in the world. It designs, manufactures and markets electrical, electronic and fiber optic connectors, coaxial and flat-ribbon cable, and interconnect systems.
